UW Huskies were robbed.

So why is it that every time a team from the Northwest, ie. Seattle is involved in something big, like, I don't know the Super Bowl or maybe the NCAA tournament the officials have to put their heads up there asses.

Tonight we witnessed one of the greatest injustices in sports history. The offiicials stole the basketball game from the UW Huskies. What a one-sided officiated game. The UW was controlling and dominating the game in the first half, so the officials start calling an excessive amount of fouls on the UW Huskies so UConn could stay in the game, because they certainly couldn't do it on their own.

Then there is the second half where the officials completely take over the game and crush all hope that the UW Huskies had of winning the game. When they called the technical foul on the Brandon Roy for talking with the UConn player that pretty much sealed the deal for the UW team. It was a joke how blatantly one-sided the game was called. I think there were 6 UW Huskies with 4 fouls on them at one point in the second half.

The capper though was when they don't call a totally obvious goaltending on UConn on a shot by Brandon Roy, which would have been the difference at the end of regulation, and Washington would have won.

Yes, the UW Huskies did hurt themselves with the moronic play of Jensen fouling a guy on a lay-up ensuring that UConn would get a chance to tie it up, which they did, but the game should not have even been in doubt.

Yes the Huskies are moving on, it is just too bad the UW Huskies, the better team was robbed of the chance to move on. What a pathetic excuse for referees. That crew should be banned from ever doing another game. Completely and inexcusably incompetent.
