If you have a choice of places to play, and you do, I would recommend not depositing a dime into UB. Their customer service is by far the worst of any site that I have played on. You are lucky if they ever respond to you at all. They will email you telling you that you can deposit more and more money there, but they will not answer requests for Hand histories.
I have asked them four times for my hand histories and all they do is ask me for the answer to my secret question. I guess it wasn't enough that I provided my screen name and the game numbers, oh, and sent it using the email address that is on file with them. I guess these geniuses were worried that someone hacked my email account, knew my screen name and just happened to know what games I had played, and they wanted to know what cards I played. Even if it were true, who cares, it is not national security issues.
UB how not to run a business.
