Seattle Seahawks Draft 2010

I just did a search of some mock draft sites out there and it made me ill to see what some of these people are suggesting that the Seahawks are going to draft.  The main thing that I saw that was ridiculous was drafting a QB with the No. 6 pick in the draft.   Although, the Hawks have not shown as of late the ability to make good decisions as of late, hopefully they will not make asinine decisions on draft day.

Jimmy Clausen or Sam Bradford, are you joking?   Drafting either of these guys at No. 6 would be disasterous.  Bradford is damaged goods, and really isn’t even worth a second round pick.  Clausen is equally a joke.  Why not wait till next year and try for Jake Locker, who is better than both of those, or better yet, wait and draft a QB down in the draft, LeFevour or Pike would not be terrible picks but down the board.

The Hawks need an impact player at No. 6 and No. 14, and that is a Safety, or DE, or even OL at No. 5 and then at 14 we can take a play maker in an explosive player of some sort.  We have too many needs to waste our picks on loser quarterbacks.  Clausen and Bradford will do nothing but suck the life out of your fan base.   We have a QB and he will be playing here next year, and if he isn’t, well, don’t expect to be in the playoffs again until the next coach after we fire Carroll for two years of ineptness.
